I began my day with a brief stop at a roadside fufu joint in Nkawkaw, Eastern Region of Ghana. While waiting to be served, I found myself observing the quiet precision and discipline that goes into what many might consider an ordinary routine.
The steady rhythm of the pounding, the coordination between those preparing the meal, and the patience of customers waiting their turn all reflected a deeper story one of skill and dedication embedded in everyday life.
