We use activities such as; ENDURANCE (massages/ stretches and exercises), ENTERTAINMENT, NETWORKING (community lifestyle), INTELLECTUAL DISCOURSE AND SPORTS/ GAMES to drive the stress out
Register with us and Come for daily aerobics and massages at Nungua C5, Weija ATT hotel and North Legon
Mondays - Fridays : 5pm to 9pm
Weekends: Saturdays, 6am-8:30am at Sakomono beach, ATT hotel and North Legon
Sundays, 3pm-7pm at Sakomono beach, ATT hotel and North Legon
We also offer services for corporate bodies, institutions, fun clubs, individuals, churches, among others
CHARGES
- Registration Form: Ghs50 per person per annum
- Monthly subscription fee of Ghs30 per person
