Today's hint is quite basic. A major contributor of slow computer performance are viruses, spyware or malware ( malicious software). Infact the most obvious culprit is a virus. Scan your system regularly with a good spy-catching program such as Lavasoft's Ad-Aware or Patrick M. Kolla's Spybot Search & Destroy. They're free,even though u may need to update them. so why not download and use both of them? Unlike antivirus packages, you can actually combine the use of anti-malware packages. infact, nowadays some good antivirus packages come complete with anti malware n spyware features. Next, update your antivirus definitions and run a full virus scan. Set your antivirus program to check for updates and do a full scan automatically at least once a week. Updates are very important. Apart from a source of finance for the antivirus companies (lol), it allows ur antivirus engine to be updated with the definitions of the new viruses out there. Isnt it soo annoying when you have an antivirus package and u scan, knowing fully that theres a virus, yet your software package comes up short! Please keep on updating. at least twice a month for non avid users but for daily internet users, i would suggest weekly.

When u r using ur machine and the computer is slowing down , the easiest way to restore at least a little speed is to remove some of the process that are not needed. this would reduce the strain on the cpu, and free up more virtual memory for more work to be done.
The processes are found in a processes tab on the task manager window. just click on the right process you want to end and click end process.
BEWARE- make sure u know what processes you are ending oo. You dont want to end a process ur computer is using. NEVER END PROCESSES SUCH AS WINLOGIN.EXE Its a a system process, infact some computers wouldnt even allow you to end it.
Another interesting process is EXPLORER.EXE. Ending this would close all open executable programs and would show the desktop. it would even close down the taskbar, lol. But dont worry its not dangerous.
To get the executable prog running again all you need to do is to run explorer.exe.
Smart users can even run it from the taskmanager itself.

so i just wonna say sometimes its diff. to figure out a very good password combination, which is no stress of mine cos i mix words with numbers and symbols
how to go about a safe password
1. chose a word u want to use
2. choose the symbols u wud like to add
3. choose numbers
4 figure out what mixes help(i.e word-symbol-number or alphabet-symbol-number)
its great to figure out what mixes work for u cos then u wud be able to remeber
my former laptop password was Naa@2012 something like this cud help
mine stood for the year which.......n the girl who....... so u think abt this ssstttiiillll
