Come Farms: Urgent Recruitment for Farm Hands

Come Farms is urgently seeking 7-10 farm hands, preferably from the northern regions of Ghana, to work either on a short-term basis (4-6 months) or for 1 year or more.

Work Details:
Work Duration: Short-term (4-6 months) or long-term (1 year or more).

Start Date: Immediate (upcoming farming season has begun).

Compensation Options:
Option 1

Receive GHC 700/month
Benefits include:
1. Feeding (2 meals per day)
2. Accommodation( farm house)
3. Water and electricity

Option 2:
1. Accommodation(farm house)
2. Water and electricity
3. Receive GHC 1,000/month
Self-feeding responsibility

Additional Opportunity:
For those interested, we also offer a percentage-based labor arrangement for the upcoming farming season.
