ASASE is a legally registered Non-Governmental Organization (N.G.O.) We aim to provide a platform for the inspiration and empowerment of women and beyond, by offering seed money and technical and business training to build their own plastic waste recycling plant and manage it as a social enterprise.

😞 The devastating news of the death of Hon. Dr. Mutala Muhammed, which occured yesterday, has cast a deep shadow in ASASE and the CASH IT! operations.

😢He was a dedicated Minister who made an indelible impact in the sector.

We have lost a true champion.

God bless him and other officials who lost their lives with eternal glory!

Our purpose is to enable Ghanaian women entrepreneurs to play a key role in cashing in on the plastic waste trash of Accra and its environs for the benefit of their own communities.

Our Vision

By 2022, all plastic packaging in Accra will be separately collected for recycling and communities will cash in the maximum value to invest for their sustainable future. Plastic waste will be re-processed into products of use for the development of underprivileged communities, fair employment opportunities will be created, and women entrepreneurs will be key players in this progress.
