EMOTIONS ARE A ''NECESSARY EVIL"

In this region of the globe where judgments are made based on our perceptions as humans, people find a way to describe emotions as a source of one's strength or weakness. Taking the time to comprehend how people's conduct changes, emotions are important in life when they are controlled.

In certain situations, I refer to it as the necessary evil since they are essential to how people perceive the world, make choices, and relate to one another. According to some academics, emotions are a psychological and physiological condition that consists of a confluence of ideas, feelings, physical changes, and behavioral reactions. While some people contend that emotions can be negative, others may hold the opposite view.

We can claim, however, that they are neither good nor harmful in and of themselves; rather, how we perceive and deal with them influences our relationships, decisions, and general well-being. These emotional or behavioral shifts are instinctive and natural. In certain situations, fear is sufficient to cause a flight reaction in order to protect human life.

Making decisions is one of the hardest things for people to do as they grow up, and emotions have a big impact on this aspect of our lives. Particularly when it comes to judgment, decisions, and how much weight to give them. Although emotions can occasionally be unpleasant, overwhelming, or disruptive, the saying "emotions are a necessary evil" captures the idea that they are also required for human experiences, relationships, and decision-making.

Anger, envy, and fear are examples of emotions that can impair judgment and cause impulsive or illogical decisions. In the meantime, it also facilitates our connection through empathy, love, and compassion all of which are essential in interpersonal relationships.

In conclusion, emotions are essential for meaningful living, healing, and human connection, even though they might often feel like a necessary evil due to the suffering or confusion they create.

Let us do all things humanly possible, to have control over our emotions. Having control over one's emotions simply means they have control over their lives.
