Police have arrested about 40 students of Krobea Asante Technical and Vocational School at Asokore in the Ashanti Region for causing damage to school property.
The students went on a rampage on Sunday morning, protesting the poor results of their predecessors in their final examination.
About four government vehicles, including a Mahindra and an Isuzu pickup truck, a Nissan Patrol, a school bus, and a Toyota Vitz vehicle owned by the Senior House Mistress was also damaged.

Eric Nkansah confirmed as GES Director-General
Dr Eric Nkansah, whose appointment generated controversy among teacher unions, has been confirmed as the substantive Director-General of the Ghana Education Service (GES).
The confirmation was communicated to all regional directors of education in a correspondence dated Wednesday, January 4.
The correspondence was signed by the Acting Director of Human Resource, Angela Frimpomaa Nkansah.
“Management wishes to inform you that Dr Eric Nkansah, Ag. Director-General, has officially been confirmed as the Director-General of the Service.
“In effect, all correspondence and memoranda should be addressed as such.
“Congratulations to Dr Eric Nkansah, Director-General, Ghana Education Service.”
Dr Nkansah’s appointment as a replacement to Professor Kwasi Opoku-Amankwah on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 generated lots of controversies.

Alan Kyerematen resigns as Trade Minister
The Minister of Trade and Industry, Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen has resigned from his position.
Sources close to the Minister confirmed this development to citinewsroom.com.
citinewsroom.com understands the minister tendered his resignation letter to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
Although it is unclear why the Minister resigned from the Akufo-Addo government, after serving in the portfolio since 2017, it is believed that he took the decision to enable him properly focus on his presidential ambition.
The 67-year-old made his first attempt to lead the New Patriotic Party as its flagbearer in 2007 but failed in his bid as Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo emerged as the winner.
