In the last few years, content like this has become a staple for architects and building firms alike, to show off progress of the build, as well as a positive comparison on how it has improved the surrounding area.

We captured timelapse content as well as documenting the full build process for Victoria Avenue, which you can find as a do series on their Facebook!

We were out early this morning (3:30am 🤯 to be precise) filming in the harbour for a client when we noticed The Silver Spirit from Silversea making it's way towards Guernsey for a stop off.

I'd imagine upon arrival the passengers mistakenly thoughts they'd booked the Mediterranean cruise, given the heat! ☀🔥
