The next cake we’d like to introduce is another best seller - the lemon meringue cake 🍋

Originally made around 9 years ago ‘by accident’… it’s remained a firm favourite on the cake counter ever since. A juicy lemon drizzle base, filled with sumptuous Guernsey cream, lemon curd & meringue pieces. It’s a definite treat! Is it your favourite? 💛

We thought you might like the opportunity to get to know some of our cakes a little better!

First up is the Carrot Cake. It’s true that not all carrot cakes are born equal. Ours is packed full of juicy carrots, plump raisins, crunchy nuts and finished with a zesty cream cheese icing. A lot of customers’ favourite! Full disclosure: it does sell out every day (sometimes quickly!), so come early or call ahead to avoid disappointment 🥕 🧡

All of our cakes are available to eat in, take away or order whole with around 48 hours notice.

Lots of lovely lunch options, fresh crab 🦀 a plenty, a cake counter full to the brim and the terrace is beautiful again today! Perfect spot to enjoy a homemade lemonade 🍋❤️
