We are pleased to present our new project: 11 villas in Kensington Plots, Damac Hills 2, Dubai. The architectural design combines natural stone and composite material with a brass effect, creating an elegant and modern look.

This project is a modern interpretation of Tbilisi’s architectural heritage, located near Freedom Square.

The wooden façade, with its expressive curved lines, echoes the traditional shushabandi—glazed wooden balconies characteristic of the historic district. A harmonious blend of contemporary forms and authentic materials creates a unique identity for the concept store that will open in this building.
