✨ First Round of the ELI Course — Tbilisi, Georgia 🇬🇪

We’ve just completed the first round of the ELI course, bringing together future madrichim for several days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

The program became more than just a training — it was a space for connection, personal growth, and developing leadership skills in a supportive environment. 💛

This is only the beginning, and we’re excited for what comes next!

This year was truly special for us —
it marked our first year of working together with the ELI-TE project 💫

Over the past months, we shared meaningful moments through seminars, meetings, and camps 🏕️📚🤝 — spaces filled with learning, openness, and genuine connection.

Throughout this journey, both madrichim and participants deepened their knowledge and skills in areas such as communication, inclusion, teamwork, leadership, and self-reflection. More importantly, they gained confidence, curiosity, and a stronger sense of belonging 💛

We are deeply grateful to ELI-TE for the trust, partnership, and shared values 🙏
This collaboration became more than a project — it became a community where everyone’s voice matters and everyone belongs 🤍

📍4 Days of Learning, Leading, and Growing — in Tbilisi 🇬🇪

Our seminar in Tbilisi brought together future madrichim (youth leaders) for an inspiring and powerful experience! 💬📚

Through interactive workshops, group activities, and text-based learning, participants explored:

✨ Jewish identity & diversity
✨ Community building
✨ Informal education tools

The program was more than just training — it was a space for personal growth, inclusion, and youth empowerment. 💛

Rooted in the values of the ELI-TE project, the seminar showed how creative, learner-centered education can build strong, connected communities.

When we learn, we:
