✨ The Art of Self-Esteem has come to an end, but the journey and memories will stay with us for much longer.

The second half of our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange was filled with creativity, self-expression, cultural exchange, and preparing participants to bring the project’s message back to their local communities.

🎨 Day 5 focused on “Behind the Filter”, exploring the connection between social media and self-esteem. Participants reflected on how social media can influence the way we see ourselves, recognized that online platforms often show only part of reality, identified their own strengths and qualities, and developed a more critical perspective towards online content. The day also included a creative workshop led by Loesje Georgia activists, where participants expressed their thoughts on self-esteem through handmade posters and creative photography. Later, they explored self-expression through theatre before ending the day with a vibrant Georgian Cultural Night.

🖌️ Day 6 was dedicated to creating art in different mediums and planning the exhibitions that each partner country will organize as a follow-up activity. These exhibitions will showcase personal stories, artworks, advice, and messages developed during the youth exchange, helping to raise awareness about self-esteem in local communities. In between the creative sessions, participants also enjoyed a horse-riding experience. The day concluded with a wonderful Estonian Cultural Night.

🌟 Day 7 was about bringing everything together. Participants finalized the project’s creative outputs, planned dissemination activities, reflected on their learning journey through Youthpass, and evaluated the exchange. After packing their bags, everyone gathered around the bonfire one last time to share memories, laughter, and heartfelt goodbyes.

This exchange may be over, but its impact is only beginning. Through follow-up exhibitions and local activities, participants will continue spreading the message that healthy self-esteem grows through reflection, creativity, connection, and supporting one another. 💚

✨ The journey of Self-Esteem has officially begun in Manglisi, Georgia!

Our Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “The Art of Self-Esteem” has brought together 24 young people from 🇪🇪 Estonia and 🇬🇪 Georgia for a week of learning, reflection, creativity, and personal growth.

Day 1 was all about building a safe and supportive environment. Through icebreakers, team-building activities, and getting to know each other, participants began creating the trust that will guide us throughout the week.

Together we:
💛 created our group agreements,
💌 prepared personal envelopes that will be filled with positive messages throughout the week,
🌱 explored our learning goals and agreed on how to make our learning journey visible,
🤝 and took the first steps towards gaining new knowledge, developing skills, and shaping new attitudes.

Today, we’re diving into the core theme of the exchange: self-esteem.

Over the coming days, we’ll continue exploring how our experiences, relationships, and beliefs shape the way we see ourselves—and how art, reflection, and peer learning can help us build healthier self-esteem. 💚
