Project Progress Update 🔨

Currently working on a custom bathroom and walk-in closet partition installation.

Works completed so far include:
✔ Framing and securing of new partition wall
✔ Custom framing modifications for vent block feature
✔ Installation and fastening of all cement board sheeting

During the process, unforeseen conditions were discovered within the existing wall structure, including hollow block cores with no concrete reinforcement. Additional structural reinforcement works were carried out to ensure the project is completed securely and professionally.

The project is now moving into the finishing phase, including vent block installation, joint treatment, and final detailing.

Client gave us an urgent call — he just got a brand new 65" TV and wanted it mounted before tonight’s Saturday night wrestling showdown! 🥊🔥
The TV was installed perfectly centered on a 14ft 6" living room wall, giving the space a clean, modern look and the perfect viewing angle.
The installation took approximately 45 minutes from start to finish. After securely mounting the wall bracket, we attached the mounting straps to the back of the TV, carefully lifted and secured it onto the mount, adjusted the tilt to zero, and pushed it flush against the wall for that sleek finish. ✅

Carried out a series of plumbing upgrades and corrections to ensure the system is functioning properly and up to standard:

🔧 Installed 1/2" Pressure Reducing Valve
🔧 Relocated hose bib to a more practical front-of-house location
🔧 Replaced damaged ball valve
🔧 Reworked lock-off valve and added union for easier future maintenance
🔧 Corrected previous installation by removing and reinstalling tees and fittings to proper alignment

Finished off with a full pressure test to ensure everything is sealed and operating as it should 💧

🚨 **Emergency Plumbing Call-Out Completed** 🚨

We responded to an urgent situation involving a broken 1/2” water line connected to a kitchen sink. The pipe had failed at the elbow leading into the wall, causing disruption to the water supply.

✔️ Mains water was safely turned off
✔️ Concrete was carefully removed using a demolition hammer to access the damaged area
✔️ Faulty section of pipe was removed
✔️ Line was rebuilt using new 1/2” fittings and a coupling to correctly extend and align the pipe from inside the wall

⏱️ Total repair time: **1 hour 15 minutes**

Water was restored later that day once everything was secured and tested, bringing the kitchen back to full working condition.
