Jet Car fuel for the weekend arranged, fireworks sorted!!!!

Huge thank you to Hall Bros Motorcycles for all their help with this!!!!!

They have been brilliant partners this year and without help like this and the help we get from Renegade Racing Fuels UK we would struggle to do it so give them a follow. Their page is below. Brilliant organisation.

Located near Bridlington on the scenic Yorkshire coast, close to beloved ride-out routes of the Wolds, North York Moors and East Riding, Hall Bros Motorcycles is a unique destination for bikers.

Part shop, part cafe, part museum… 100% a celebration of motorcycles & motorbike culture - it’s a peculiar spot that doesn’t really know what it wants to be when it grows up (but which you’ll love to be around whilst it’s dodging a real job & figuring it out).

Pay them a visit, have a cuppa, meet your mates, enjoy the music, smell the 2 stroke, share stories, make new ones.

One week to go!!! Book your discount tickets by midnight today for the cheapest rate.

Remember there is loads of Run What Ya Brung opportunities this weekend still.

Just bring your car or bike along with your licence and ideally a helmet (although these can be hired and the usual bike safety gear that presumably you rode in with anyway).

For as little as £65 which includes venue admission you can get your machine on the strip itself and see what it can do. Thrash it down the strip in a safe and legal environment. Give it some beans, race your mates or test out some new performance tune that you have. This is the place to do it!

If you don’t want to use your own vehicle mind, you can always borrow ours. Our very own daily driver might not always be the quickest but it’s a great introduction to drag racing and how it all
works. It has been entered into our very own competitive 660 series where speed and power don’t necessarily matter. Consistency is the name of the game so this can be very competitive in bracket racing.

Attention in the Pits!!!

The 660 ET Melbourne bracket championship concludes this weekend!! A three way fight for the title hots up!!

Andy Rounthwaite comes into the weekend leading both the Melbourne and the overall Straightliners National Championship but only by 4 points!!!!

Tyler is very close behind and Bob is only another 4 points behind those two!!!!!!
One slip up and it could all change so quickly. It’s tight and going to be a real nail biter! Three cars right on their game!!!!

And don’t forget Sara Unsworth is in the mix too for the overall Straightliners National Championship after running at the season opener back in March. She is level with Tyler in 2nd place for the National Championship!!! She could creep in and with the right results take the overall championship from under their noses!!!!!

Be there to see it all unfold!

One week to go. Saturday night. Bite the Bullitt playing in the clubhouse. Brilliant band playing brilliant music. Great end to the season. After the fireworks have finished, come over to the clubhouse for a b**r and a boogie to some
great music!!!!!

Remember folks Jeff Ludgate (he’ll be tagged in the comments) from Renegade Racing Fuels UK is here taking orders to be delivered to Melbourne 3/4th. Let him know asap if you need any fuel bringing over.

We need to thank Jeff and Renagade for their support this season with track prep advice and compound among other things. If you have hit a PB this year, give Jeff a thanks. His support and advice on producing the best track that our resources can provide has probably helped.

Brilliant sponsors, great support.

Make an effort to see him over the weekend and buy some grip juice or get your fuel order in now.

Remember Julian is visiting next weekend Spiderman and Split Second Jet Dragsters this weekend!!!! October 3/4th

Fresh off the back of their 300mph run at Elvington last weekend, Julian is back at Melbourne for the flame and thunder show this weekend. Come and feel the noise!!!!

Well worth the price of admission alone!!!!
