Steve is away for 2 weeks as of today! He’s going for a well deserved break and to marry to lovely Kate!

As always, August is crazy busy plus most of the lads choose this time to take a well deserved break with their families!

So please bare this in mind when booking in MOT’s and repairs! We are currently booking into September 🤯

And give some love to Steve our blushing bride 😍

Why it’s important who you let loose on your vehicle!

This Transporter T6 had recently done the rounds in Birmingham with a lack of power, coolant loss and various warning lights on the dash!

We quickly found that the EGR cooler had failed internally and had caused the plastic inlet manifold to melt! Upon removal it became clear somebody (yeeeeha 🤠) had already attempted a “repair” - said repair consisted of fibreglass and body filler 😂 completely neglecting the fact that the cause was the EGR cooler failed and only bodging half the holes with the inlet manifold still in situ!

Steve Wood quickly got the front end pulled off the van to access and repair the fault correctly! Yes it’s expensive, yes it’s time off the road - but it’s better than a break down in what is a very expensive vehicle!

Do the job once and do it right!

The WAS look-alike is back 👀

It's been a while, but we think today's customer has a striking resemblance to Stephen Merchant. 😂
