The hardest part was selecting five tracks to play during the show - my obscure music taste meant they were struggling to find anything I picked on their system, but we got there in the end. 😄

Our coached calisthenics classes offer a different way to train for those who are bored of a typical gym environment.

Build strength, learn new skills and make friends in our group classes and have a laugh whilst training.

Beginners on Thursdays evenings (60 mins), intermediate on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings (75mins).

Open gym on Saturdays 11am-2pm.

Out with the old and in with the new!

We have brand new benches for you to enjoy your breakfast or lunch on. Find them in our garden next to the gym in full sun and along the canal in the shade under the trees.

We loved our old benches but they were decades old and had become a little rickety so needed replacing.

We hope these new additions give you more reason to slow down and enjoy some time catching up with loved ones in our beautiful garden amongst the birdsong and butterflies. 🦋

As we do every Summer Solstice, we invite you to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself through a full day of movement, stillness, reflection and intention setting.

This special retreat is an opportunity to purify body and mind using traditional yogic practices, guided in a way that is accessible, grounding and deeply nourishing.

Throughout the day, we will explore:
Asana (movement) to awaken and energise the body
Pranayama (breath/energy control) to calm and balance the nervous system
Dhyana (meditation) to cultivate inner clarity
Mantra to focus and steady the mind

You’ll also be guided through a manifestation & journalling workshop, with space to reflect on the year so far and set meaningful intentions for the months ahead. Time in our garden will offer a chance to ground, connect with nature and share conversations with like-minded people.

We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound therapy session, allowing you to fully integrate and unwind and finish with a closing ritual, marking the turning of the season and anchoring your intentions for the year to come.

This relaxed, hands-on workshop is designed to help everyday people learn simple but essential life-saving skills, including CPR and how to use an AED (defibrillator), so you feel calmer, more confident and better prepared should the worst ever happen.

Led by Harmony, a Resuscitation Council UK BLS Instructor with 20 years of emergency care experience, this workshop is all about real-world knowledge in a friendly, supportive environment. It’s her way of giving back after a career saving lives. No pressure, no exam, no certificate, just practical skills that could genuinely save a life.❤️

Join us in honouring the Summer Solstice and celebrating International Yoga Day with the powerful and traditional practice of 108 Sun Salutations.

The number 108 shows up regularly in nature and holds deep significance in yoga and across many spiritual traditions, symbolising wholeness, unity and the connection between the individual and the universe. Completing 108 Sun Salutations is seen as a moving meditation, a way to detox the body, steady the mind and reset your energy as we begin our journey towards the winter.

This practice is often done at key points of the year, such as the Summer Solstice, to mark change, release what no longer serves and create space for new intention.

You’re invited to take on this challenge in your own way:
✨ Do it for yourself
✨ Dedicate it to someone you love
✨ Honour someone you’ve lost
✨ Or simply show up and see what unfolds

Guided by Karina, who has held space for this practice almost every solstice, you’ll be supported every step of the way. Her approach places a strong focus on breath awareness and control, helping you find a steady rhythm that turns the practice into something deeply meditative.

There will be variations offered at the beginning of the practice, making it accessible for those who may find getting up and down from the floor challenging. This is not about perfection, it’s about presence.

As the rounds build, something shifts…
The mind quiets, the body warms and you drop into a meditative flow state. Many are surprised by how quickly the time passes and by the end, you’ll feel a shift in your energy, a sense of peace and a genuine sense of achievement.

This is a beautiful, shared experience; a chance to move and breathe as one, and to connect with others whilst marking this powerful time of year.
