The work of the Council's environmental services and environmental crime teams is featured in the film which looks at the different ways the Council is targeting this thoughtless crime.
Morning Live came to film with the Council last year, when the programme was originally broadcast. It has been repeated this week as part of the show’s ‘Top Tips and Best Bits’ series.
