It was a pleasure to join Namaste Wolverhampton - Nepalese and Indian Restaurant for their charity dinner supporting those affected by the recent flash floods in Nepal.

It was great to see the local community coming together to support those affected, with a raffle and auction helping to raise funds on the evening.

A fantastic initiative, and a big thank you to the team at Namaste for the warm hospitality and for bringing people together for such a worthwhile cause. 👏🏽

A fantastic day of sport and community at the Unity Games 2026.

It was great to see the UK v India Wrestling Championships bringing people of all ages and backgrounds together, with Wolverhampton Wrestling Club and Guru Nanak Satsang Gurdwara showcasing the importance of sport, health and wellbeing.

It was a pleasure to join the Society for this special milestone and hear about the passion for astronomy, curiosity and lifelong learning that has brought members together over the past seven and a half decades.

A wonderful evening of Indian classical music at the Arena Theatre with Jaivant Patel Company’s Sargam. 🎶

It was a pleasure to experience such a vibrant celebration of Indian musical traditions, featuring talented musicians and vocalists from across the West Midlands and the UK.

A few pics from a fantastic afternoon with Wolves-born athlete Matthew Hudson Smith. We made him honorary Mayor after he said he fancied a go at the role following his stunning European 400m gold in August. The hard bit was getting them back, he absolutely loved being First Citizen. Watch out athletics, he's hungry for more medals!

It was an honour to attend the unveiling of a memorial plaque for Firefighter James Jennings at Wolverhampton Fire Station.

The plaque provides a lasting tribute to James and an opportunity for his family, friends and former colleagues to come together to remember him and honour his service.

It was a privilege to be part of this special occasion and to pay my respects. 🙏🏽
