The theme of this year's Mental Health Awareness Week (9th- 15th May) is loneliness.
Feeling lonely is something that all of us can experience at any point in our lives, which can have negative impacts on our health and wellbeing.
There are lots of simple actions that you can do to help others who may be feeling lonely, including:
- Giving a friend or family member a call or text π
- Inviting someone for a walk π
- Reaching out to a friend for a cuppa β

As part of Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week (25 April - 1 May), we would like to share some fantastic advancements! The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) approved diroximel fumarate (Vumerity) as a new treatment for relapsing MS in adults with active disease in England.
We're pleased NICE has approved Vumerity, which can be taken as a tablet at home, for use on the NHS in England.

It's Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week during 25 Apr- 1 May. MS is a chronic illness that effects more than 130,000 people in the UK. It effects your brain and spinal cord. In MS, the coating that protects your nerves (myelin) is damaged.
This causes a range of symptoms like blurred vision and problems with how we move think and feel. Individuals with MS struggle with periods of remission & relapse.
There is no cure for MS. Yet. But research is progressing faster than ever before!
