Luke our head chef's career started working across the Gordon Ramsay Group for 6 Years at restaurants including Maze and The Savoy before a stint at Simon Rogan’s Roganic. Excited to join The Clock House team and create lasting memories for our guests showcasing some of the best seasonal produce from the UK. By using modern cooking techniques and unique wild flavours we will aim to create an experience that fits perfectly with the restaurant’s identity. We want to bring the theatrical element from the kitchen into the dining room to form a more personal touch with our guests. I would describe my food as ‘Modern British’ but with a love and influence of Nordic methods of preserving. By focusing on using amazing seasonal produce, there is an element of simplicity towards some of my techniques by just letting the produce speak for itself.
