Believe this has to be said do not still customers offer the person that is subbing you work if someone sends you to a job and the customer ask you can you do this? Can you do that? Can you quote for this? Can you quote for that? You told them yes it’s something we can do and you send them back to the person that sent you to the Job in the first place. I can’t even believe this has to be said but I don’t care if the person is of a different trade I don’t even care if they’re not even a trade person they just make money subbing out work to peopleyou don’t Rob people of their customers. You don’t steal food out peoples mouth. It’s not sustainable and it won’t it won’t get you nowhere. Don’t undervalue the value of integrity like if people know you’re of good integrity they will send you work. They’ll feel comfortable to use you again so yeah just don’t go out like that. Deal with people how you want to be dealt with.
