What is one of the easiest ways you can improve your cell analysis process?
Biopharmaceutical environments can experience small inefficiencies in fluid transfer, storage, or handling that can introduce contamination risks and increase manual intervention, resulting in a loss of time and valuable media.
Could your cell analysis be improved by way your process handles fluids.
ALLpaQ explores how bioprocess container systems support safer, more efficient cell analysis operations through hygienic design and compatibility with any single-use bioprocess bags.
From culture media and buffers, the right containment solution can support cleaner handling processes and controlled workflows.

Are Bag Hangers becoming more of a problem than a solution?
Poor bag hanger designs can lead to tipping due to unbalanced proportions and top-heavy materials, causing spills and further issues within lab and cleanroom spaces.
Small and weak hooks are also causing rips in single-use bags, resulting in a loss of recourses.
We understand that in a Cleanroom, all your time is precious and sometimes the standard products just won’t do. Especially when stainless steel is starting to damage your table tops and dent other items.
Innovate is in our blood, and we make it our mission to optimise your processes.
Our in-house technical team of designers, work closely with you to create bespoke Cleanroom Accessories, to meet the ever-changing demands and requirements of your functioning production facility.
Key benefits you will find with our Bag Hangers are…
CUSTOMISABLE- We can make accessories to suit all your 2D bag requirements, and your limited cleanroom space.
LIGHTWEIGHT - Compared to stainless steel which costs more to ship, our hangers are lighter but balanced to perfection.
SMOOTH SURFACE - Fabricated from polypropylene, our bag hangers are hygienic and easy to clean. The flat, smooth surfaces minimise bacteria traps, and reduce the chance of rips and tears in your 2D bags
CASTORS - Integrated castors for easy manoeuvring and transfers between cleanroom areas is made simple.
LOAD CELLS – We have designed our bag hangers with load cells incorporated for processing support.

What is PUPSIT, and why is it so important in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing?
PUPSIT (Pre-Use Post-Sterilisation Integrity Testing) is a critical part of sterile filtration processes.
By testing filter integrity before use, manufacturers can help identify defects caused during sterilisation or assembly.
In our latest blog, we explain:
• What PUPSIT means
• Common filter integrity testing methods
• Why sterile filter testing matters for pharmaceutical applications
• How ALLpaQ supports compliant sterile processing workflows
ALLpaQ’s bioprocessing containers and single-use bags are designed to support workflows requiring sterile downstream storage and transportation, while remaining compatible with PUPSIT processes and existing fluid management systems.
We also work alongside specialist filtration assembly manufacturers, including PharmNXT, to help support integrated and compliant sterile processing solutions.

We have been improving drum transfers for cleanroom and bioprocessing environments.
This project originated from a customer in which we planned to improve material transfer workflows while maintaining the high standards expected within GMP environments.
By developing this transfer solution, operators are able to move critical process materials more safely and efficiently.
In manufacturing and bioprocessing facilities, transferring media and buffer drums from warehouse or staging areas can present contamination control and manual handling challenges.
To address this requirement, the ALLpaQ technical team developed a custom 200L Stainless Steel Transfer Drum Dolly, designed specifically for cleanroom bioprocessing applications.
It’s integrated roller platform allows smooth drum movement during transfer operations for pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments.
Key Benefits
✓ Designed for the transfer of media and buffer drums
✓ Supports contamination-control strategies
✓ Improves manual handling
✓ Integrated roller system for controlled and efficient movement
✓ Compact, operator-friendly design
✓ Detachable rods preventing the drum from rolling off the application
At ALLpaQ, we work closely with our customers to develop equipment that supports efficient, and contamination-conscious manufacturing operations.
Do you have a material handling challenge within your cleanroom or bioprocessing facility? We'd be interested to discuss your requirements.

The industry has been keeping a secret...
Latest biotech funding and startup analysis reinforces an important shift across the life sciences sector: investors are becoming increasingly selective, while funding rounds continue to grow in size and complexity.
According to BioPharma Dive, biotech companies are securing financing to support longer development timelines and clinical progression.
The industry is also seeing an increased focus on manufacturing readiness and operational ex*****on alongside scientific innovation.
For emerging biotech companies, this means infrastructure decisions matter earlier than ever.
ALLpaQ works with life science and pharmaceutical organisations that require packaging solutions designed to support controlled environments.
As biotech companies move from early-stage R&D into clinical and commercial manufacturing, safe packaging becomes part of the wider quality and compliance conversation, particularly where contamination control and transport protection is critical.
Our packaging solutions are designed to support:
• Cleanroom and controlled environment workflows
• Reduced contamination risk during handling and transit
• Operational consistency across regulated supply chains
The continued growth in biotech investment signals confidence in the future of advanced therapies, biologics and next-generation medicines. Supporting that growth requires reliable operational partners throughout the supply chain.

Sunshine, fresh air, and a few miles can do more for a team than you think.
This week, the ALLpaQ team stepped away from their spreadsheets, welding and desks heading out for a team walk to celebrate National Walking Month.
What might seem as simple as a walk is definitely much more. It was a reminder of how important it is to make time for both mental and physical wellbeing.
Walking together gives people the chance to reset, talk, laugh, and reconnect outside of the usual day-to-day. Supporting the team’s physical and mental health improves energy levels and strengthens the relationships that enable us to work strongly and effectively.
Our people are at the centre of everything we do.
Taking time to support one another and encourage healthy habits is an important part of maintaining a positive working environment.
The sunshine certainly helped this week, but the biggest highlight was seeing the team come together outdoors, and make wellbeing a shared priority.
If you have had good weather this week, get outside for a walk, as even a short one can make a real difference. Make sure you stay hydrated and protected from the sun.
Where should we take our next ALLteaM walk?

This year, our Managing Director, Phill Allen, took on a personal challenge.
World Bee Day gives us a chance to share something a little different.
At the start of 2026, Phill decided to take up beekeeping, stepping outside of his comfort zone to try something new and impactful.
What started as curiosity quickly became a commitment to learning, patience, and care. Today, he is looking after his own hive, with a genuine respect for the role bees play in our ecosystem.
“For me, it was about trying something new and understanding more about the environment we all depend on. I have learnt so much on this new journey, and there’s a lot you can discover just by slowing down and observing.” - Phill Allen
It is a small story, but one that reflects values we try to carry through our work every day. Staying curious, being open to learning, and taking responsibility for the world around us are things we should all strive for.
We are all proud of this one and the new mini but mighty ALLpaQ army 🐝
