Do you have - Acne/spots, Moodiness, Bloating, Energy drops, Increased pain levels – Joints, Fatigue, Abdominal cramps/pain, Nausea, Bloating, Gas, Diarrhoea?
This could be a Food Intolerance!
By having your Food Intolerance's tested with me, we'll be able to find out what you're intolerant to and start an action plan for a healthier you! Intolerance's don't have to mean you cannot eat that certain food ever again, it just means we have to be a bit more mindful when we put those foods into our body.
By using the plan we create and taking that food out of your diet for 4 weeks and letting your body heal, then slowly reintroducing it, we will be able to see how you react and go from there!

Hello all!
This is the machine I use to do your Food Intolerance & Vitamin tests!
The basic concept of the machine is to measures changes in the body’s resistance which will help me to pinpoint potentially harmful foods.
When you are Intolerant to a food, this shows up on my machine as a low reading compared to the reading the machine will get from you without a vial being introduced.
The machine gives immediate results which I can interpret and highlight potentially problem causing foods and advise you accordingly.
Thank you for reading 😊 if you would like more information please do not hesitate to message me.

Learn what Food Intolerances you have when you book in with me!
Are you feeling unwell or run down? Does eating make you run to the toilet? Do you get indigestion or a tummy ache after eating certain foods? Acne or problem skin?
Book in with me and we can find out! I will also test you for any vitamin deficiencies.
The test is around 1-1.5 hours, including a consultation, the test and the results at the end 😊
Why do we develop intolerances?
A common reason for developing food intolerance is poor gut wall function (leaky gut) and other digestive issues. Even irritable bowel syndrome, a common diagnosis with intermittent diarrhea and constipation, can be triggered by food intolerance.
A food intolerance develops for many reasons: genetics, repeated exposure to the same foods, lack of digestive enzymes, damage to the gut wall from abnormal microbiota including yeast, virus, bacteria and parasites.
When you book in for an Intolerance test with me, you'll find out what foods are causing your unwanted symptoms. Sometimes though it can end up being your favourite food!

A food intolerance is an IgG response by your body's immune system, this results in symptoms that occur hours or even days after exposure to foods that you're intolerant to, most people know what foods they don't agree with already by the reactions they've had every time they've eaten that food. Food intolerances are treatable! Cutting out the foods you're Intolerant to for a few weeks will give your body a break, allow it to heal and then you can try that food again!
A food allergy is an IgE immune response to something it sees as foreign or harmful. This shows in immediate reactions like anaphylaxis, hives, breathing difficulties and swelling.
The most common food intolerances are as follows:
- Dairy
- Gluten
- Yeast
- Egg
