DP Digging and Ground Preparation.

Better a late post than never. This was completed last month.
Went back to see the Spencer Francis Building Contractors crew.
Footings completed previously, then asked back to expose the drainage and gas pipe runs.
Wasn’t an easy dig trying not to damage the existing pipes. Had to also re-route the existing rain water run.

Hedge removal.
New fence added.

The client asked us to remove hedge and add a new fence to the horses field. It’s a shame to lose a hedge and we put this job off for a long as possible but the finish looks amazing.

Job done ☀️☀️
Footings 700mm deep (sand stone)
Oversite reduction
Poor concrete
Jump on to the existing soil pipe and existing rain water pipe and run both to the new build.

Lawn preparation:
Rake soil with machine
Add a top soil then rake and seed.
Just needs to be watered regular now ☀️☀️😅

Few days flattening off around a new pool installation. Used most of the excavated sub soil from the pool dig out to sculpt and landscape the area. 
Around 112 tons of top soil imported.

Find the gas main
Poor footings
Clear over site to required depth
Lift block and beam ready for drainage

Another project for the Spencer Francis team.
These guys are busy bees.

Back to the RJH builders - south east Ltd project with the Engcon to back fill Ricky’s drainage installation.
Got to say it’s really looking good.

Just waiting for Ricky Hierons now to install the drainage, then I’ll be back to back fill and tidy the site for him.
