🌟New Concrete Path🌟

Same place as the steps repair. They asked for an additional concrete path for better access.

We dug out the grass area, put type 1 down and concreted it.

🔨Repair Job🔨

The communal steps for a block of flats had a lot of loose slabs and a big void underneath.

We shuttered the void and drilled into the concrete and put re-bar into it with chemical fix and then concreted the void.

Once the void was filled, we cleaned the loose slabs up and relaid them with a full mortar joint.

New porcelain patio 🏡✨

🏡NEW KITCHEN🏡

We have removed the kitchen, floors, doors and carpets. Then widened doors, made door thresholds lower.

Our team have then installed new internal bi-fold doors and a new single door so the floor-layer could bring all the floors up with screed latex. New LVT stuck down flooring was then installed throughout the living room, dining room, hallway and kitchen.

Once this was done, we sheeted everything up and then re-boarded and plastered the kitchen. (Yes it is usually done before the flooring).

Finally the kitchen was installed by the carpenter from howdens.

This is all been completed in 5 weeks to a high standard so that our disabled client could get around his house more comfortably and have his home a better place to live.

The team have done an outstanding job and the customer is beyond happy!

The customer is going to decorate themselves, there will be an update to follow after the decorating is complete 🌟

⚠️FAILING LINTELS!⚠️

We removed brickwork and blockwork from the roof down to the top of the window and removed the rusted lintels.

We then replaced the rusted lintels with new Catnic lintels and installed a damp tray and weep vents to allow damp to exit the cavity properly.

We plastered and redecorated the bedroom to bring it back to its best ✨
