If I’ve learned anything this past week, it’s this…

A lot of people genuinely care.
And a few you thought would… haven’t.

That’s life, And that’s clarity.

My wife has gone above and beyond to make sure I’m rested, loved and properly looked after. I’ll never forget that. Thank you I love you 🥰

My work colleagues have checked in every single day, not about tasks, just about me. That means more than you know. Thanks to and everyone at

And … even on your honeymoon in the Maldives, still messaging to check I’m okay. You mad woman 🤣

To the people who reached out that I never expected to… I appreciate you more than you realise.

I’m okay. I’m getting there.

Did it take it out of me? Yes.
Did it hurt? Like hell.

But here’s what I know, I won’t just “come back.”

I’ll come back better than I was 8 days ago.

Stronger.
Calmer.
Grateful.

Avoid Rangers Remorphed!
A set of Power Cyrstals were ordered in October as a Christmas gift, never arrived, emails and messages across different social media platforms later, no response, no delivery, no refund.

I have also discovered there are others that have recently had the same problem. Feel free to share youre story in the comments if you're one of them.
Such a shame, seemingly a good maker/seller gone bad

On Saturday I woke up with chest pain. I told myself it was probably a chest infection. I also had pain in my neck and shoulder… but I ignored it.

I carried on anyway. Went to watch the football. Went out with the lads that night. Sunday I spent the day with Hannah, we even went to a castle for a lunch date. Smiling. Laughing. Acting normal.

By Monday, everything caught up with me. Hard.
I ended up in Bournemouth Hospital having a heart attack.

That’s the scary part, how easy it is to brush off the warning signs. How convincing we can be when we tell ourselves we’re “fine.” Our bodies don’t shout straight away… they whisper first.

Today I’m feeling a little brighter. I’m being well looked after, resting properly and recovering well. I’m incredibly grateful to the NHS for their care, to my wife for holding everything together, to my kids for making me smile, to my family for checking in, to my friends for the texts and calls, to my work colleagues for the constant support, and to Hannah’s colleagues for their love as well.

Please take this as a reminder: slow down. Listen to your body. Don’t try to be a hero. Nothing, absolutely nothing is more important than your health.

So last night myself and the guys from .uk got to live a dream that not many in this world will ever get to do.

I got to be on stage at Wembley Arena in front of thousands of people performing with the awesome to which I can’t thank the guy enough 🙏🏼.

People have maybe laughed and sniggered at what I do and even try and dress up at my expense for their own amusement but to these people I only have one thing to say

“Who’s the Rockstar now” 😜
