Not surprisingly the best way you can help the animals is to financially support us. We are not backwards at coming forward because if we didn't ask, we wouldn't get and then where would the animals be?

We do use our savings to help fund our work but without your support we would not be where we are today, helping rescue animals that have no-where else to go.

We invite people's pledge to try more vegan food during Big Green week - you don't have to go fully vegan, though it'd be great if you did! Just add at least one meal a day and try great new foods healthy or not.... doesn't matter this once - try pizzas, burgers, curries, chinese or even a sandwich....

1044 hens saved from slaughter

We have rescued every single hen from the farm and away from the dark place that was their ''home'' for the first fourteen months of their lives.

It took five six hour round trips and a huge amount of fuel - over £700 to rescue these hennies - worth every penny of course.

We now have rescued hens that need great new homes - they are super little hens, a little scared with good reason but in general they just need good food, fresh water, company, freedom in the garden or a field, a safe space to sleep and lots of love.

Please note that we ask for a donation of £5 per hen to cover fuel, feed costs (7 hour round trip to pick them up), an adoption form signing and a video and/or photos showing where the hens will live.
