We had the great pleasure of working in partnership with Dunelm, opening the door for Callum, a Restart Candidate that has now started his new role with Dunelm!

“I am delighted to be working with Steps to Work, and the high-quality applicants that Claire and the team were able to recommend for a career in retail. Our ambition is to provide meaningful work for our colleagues, add value to the communities we serve, and for our stores to be representative of society.
Steps to Work has been a great support in providing diverse applicants, enabling us to find the right colleagues to give our customers the best possible service. I hope to welcome more Steps to Work applicants to our Dunelm family in the near future. Callum has made an outstanding start in our store in Wolverhampton, and I am sure he will go on to enjoy a fulfilling career with Dunelm.”
