Construction / Refurbishment /Structural Repair

Not posted for a while so thought I'd keep things up to date with this recently completed structural repair in Dewsbury.
We had to take down and completely rebuild the rear elevation to this mid stone terrace due to the outer stone skin detaching from the rest of the building.
Thermal movement and poor construction caused the wall to bulge out over a long period of time and in doing so the rubble fill dropped and caused lateral movement.
The images don't do the damage justice it was in a state of imminent collapse but we managed to save it and rebuild it
The customer was very relieved and very happy with the outcome.

Well it's finally finished it's been a bigger job than originally intended but glad I stuck with it and it definitely turned out to be a labour of love
I'm very happy with what we have achieved and hopefully it will be standing for many years to come.
I would like to thank the many members of the community who praised our efforts and gave encouragement to the end it was very much appreciated.
So here's a few photos I hope you enjoy

Thank you

This is a piling and underpinning job we recently completed in Leeds , the foundation in various places was too shallow which ultimately caused movement in the building so we mini piled and installed four knuckle beams and a corner beam made good to the stone work with stitching ties and epoxy resin all finished off with fresh pointing.
Before and after photos show more detail.

Recently we dismantled and rebuilt this stone wall in Leeds , the tree had grown through the foundation and up against the inside face of the wall this caused the wall to bow out and start to collapse.
The tree has a preservation order on it so we had to install an arch to bridge over the root system we also had to split the stone and brickwork below the arch so as not to damage the tree roots all turned out good in the end another satisfied customer
