Little update on the b16 project.

The car came to us from Watson’s Rally with a forged sat in the hole.
We’ve currently made a custom turbo manifold, downpipe and Wiring loom for the new stand alone Ecu.
Next up will be a charge cooler setup ,custom radiators and exhaust then hopefully it’s time to hit the dyno 📈

It’s great to see the guys down at Salford University hit the silverstone track with their handmade single seater.

We teamed up with to supply them with the equipment needed then we stepped in and helped with some consultation and tuning.

Team managed to finish 5th out of 113 university teams from across Europe.
They returned a fantastic result and should be super proud of themselves.

Should be fun now!

Skyline r33 came in with a very lean and melty 168hp despite having an uprated turbo.
Customer opted for upgraded dw550 injectors and new bigger fuel pump, maf delete and a link Ecu to keep it all in check.
The results speak for themselves 168 to 343hp , 173 to 306ftlb

This Low comp build was crying for boost but we held it back to due to air temps and to insure reliability

home build came in to us for the tuning.

After a few checks and adjustments we carried out the calibration.

This 113hp 1.6l NA model is now pushing 204hp and 183ftlb @ 0.95 boost. We do usually see around 245hp on this td04 setup but it’s got a very restrictive stock exhaust.

Making a nice 400hp @0.8bar (gate) any more and the clutch started slipping
