Little study, with some artistic license, from a trip to Venice 2019, hoping to turn this one into a print as well.
New carving! Tried out using Indian Inking the lino surface after I had Sharpied on my design sonincould get some really sharp concise edges. Worked like a charm and managed to get some of my best details yet ☺️ so pleased with his this came out ...what do you think?

Finished this lovely pair off last night, "S" & "K" going up in my studio. Most of my work starts life as something I would like to have in my own home and comes to fruition through processes I enjoy. I've always had a love for type, pattern and colour - so these are a Win-Win-Win for me. I love to make them and I love the outcome. Each one is different and totally unique, I never copy a mandala from one piece onto another.
