Just started another job in Upminster Derham Gardens single rear with steelwork Gable and vaulted roof.

Just built another trough planter and Monocouche render with granite tops that i just had fabricated, to a job that I previously did a year or so a go in Upminster.

A quick 2 week job I did in March in Cranham. Downstairs strip out full rewire and plaster, new ceilings and full kitchen fit with brand new flooring not that there are pictures of that. Infact I've done three full kitchen refurbs this year already. Quick thanks to MF plastering & rendering Phil Warman and mead electrical.

A quick job I did in Billericay I also did the porch and extension and various other works to this house lovely people really enjoyed doing it👍

Just finished this extension and renovation in Upminster. From start to finish this has been a pleasure to do. From the groundwork side and rear, and all drains completed, a large rear and side extension has been completed with all works internally, a new bedroom, kitchen, utility room fully fitted, downstairs WC, full bathroom rip out and renovation complete, new boiler system, full twin Air conditioning to each side, rear paving in sandstone reclaim, front driveway completed in Drivesetts.

Started the reclaim slabs this morning, just ran out of steam 😫😅 not to bad for 1 day 😀

Another job almost completed. 5m out single extension with a parapet finish, and rear main wall removal, wc etc in Upminster. Ready for the flooring and kitchen install next.

My last completed job in Billericay. Ground floor full restructure, ground and 1st floor new build and front entrance porch, upstairs restructure, 2 bifold instals and kitchen/ utility with new wc, and lots more for a family I really have enjoyed working for.

Absolutely chucking it down today looks like this is the forecast for a while thank God for tin hat roofs 🤩
