Hello, I’m Lucy, the new owner of Rustic Love! I’m very excited to be on this new adventure and so grateful to Nicola for passing on her carefully built and much loved business. It will be a privilege to take it forward.

Over the next few weeks, we will be transferring the website and stock but we are now officially open for bookings! 2025 couples especially, I would love to hear from you!

So much has been happening behind the scenes to pass Rustic Love to its lovely new owners! I’ve been sorting stock, updating the website, and clearing 3 million DMs 😬

Had I thought about selling the business as a whole before, I could have passed it on with a summer full of bookings—I’m gutted I turned so many couples down! But if you’re still looking, Lucy is up and running and taking bookings now! Get in touch 👆

After the wood, came the copper 🪵

Mix them together for a modern, rustic, luxe vibe 🌿

The copper frames can be dismantled and so easily transported for your DIY weddings. They even made it as far as Scotland for a Loch side shoot 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The frames, along with the copper lanterns, have been one of the most popular hire items, styling many an aisle 🕯

We were not a fan of the usual plastic games on offer, so hand-made and sourced a range of wooden & white ones to fit in with your wedding vibes

They provide your guests with hours of entertainment, great photos and a healthy dose of competition. Even brides can't resist getting down low on the limbo 👌

It's my final week at Rustic Love 😮 So I thought I'd share some of my favourite hire items over the next few posts.

All of which have been to lots of your lovely weddings, and will still be available to hire going forward, so there will be lots more lovely weddings to come! 🥳

I'm going to start with the LOVE lights because the 3ft battery version was the first big purchase I made and the inspiration behind the name Rustic Love. They also featured at my last wedding, so they have come full circle!

The 4ft plug-in ones were a popular addition to the range. They are so big and make such a statement and surprisingly have fit into the boot of many a car!

They hired our frames and table plan board and added the coffee cards to create their table plan & numbers

This makes a great talking point for guests too 👌

Aisle lanterns & confetti 🕯🌸

This couple styled their aisle with our copper lanterns. So simple and elegant 👌

They made jars of confetti for the end of each so guests could pass along and grab a handful ready to throw

Order of the day 🕚

It's a nice idea to let guests know what to expect and when. Generally, they care about when they eat, drink, and get entertained! 🎶

You will want them there for the important bits like ceremony (obvs) speeches, group photos, sparkler send off, etc.

If you're handy with a pen, why not create your own like this couple did, using our blank chalkboards. Or delegate to an arty friend?

Hurricane candle vases 🕯

Have been a popular choice with our couples 🌿

Use them as centrepieces, to line the aisle or dotted down the length of long tables or your top table to create a romantic vibe 👌

I've just sent them all of for a private party tomorrow night and can't wait to see what they look like

Just remember to ask your venue if you are allowed real candles, if not faux ones make a good alternative x
