Only 3 days into the week I’m posting the timetable 😂

We have plenty of opportunity to join us this week

Our Sunday morning Reformer is full & we are very happy to have Estelle .pilates.class.torbay covering some classes 🙏🙌💕

We still have spaces 9.30 today, 8am & 7.20pm Thursday. So if you’re tempted to try a class, did a taster or the intro but haven’t got into the swing of it, now is a great chance to come along. I was reflecting on the studio yesterday & how I want it to feel. I think we often focus on key buzz words, but really we don’t actually have that my control over the experience, we can hope, we can use nice aesthetic. My energy is invested in creating a team of guides I trust, am proud of & who represent my passion for empowering you to move, expand your boundaries & show up consistently (but also empathetic to the need for flexibility)

I want it to feel easy, safe & fun. For you to feel capable, welcome & supported

Hello from a post that has finally made it out from my drafts. I am sorry for the radio silence, the reality of a human being behind a social media account & the desire to keep it that way as opposed to churning out consistent content when actually if I take away my humanness from Flow then I’d be letting go of why it became what it is, tho I am honest the mental load is hard for me as I navigate motherhood, clinic & everything in between… so I’ve tentatively taken a back seat of my class & it’s in the capable hands of our wonderful Michelle | Strala Yoga Guide so please do go along Monday at 6pm & I’ll see you soon.

We have also soft launched a very long term person to Flow, welcoming Sonora as part of our team & she will be covering some extra classes this week as Alex, Su & Zoe take a well earned break. A different guide & juggle timetable always offers up a chance for us to step out of our comfort zone, reap the benefits of variety & enjoy something a bit different.
