Within two hours of sharing the link, led by .coaching (Paraic Keenan) they’d already donated over $5,000.

I’m genuinely humbled.

This isn’t just a group that trains together — it’s a community. Men who show up for each other. Sometimes physically, but more often mentally and emotionally, when it really counts.

Cruising! Beats staring at a spot on the wall of your local gym for two hours a day.

I spent last week on board Ascent. In the Caribbean. And ran a lot. All the kilometres (swipe) were run at low HR (

Kona. Tomorrow we race. Today just relaxing in the Pacific Ocean with turtles and bright fish, dolphins and the occasional fleeting glimpse of a gentle shark.

Health and wellness is all about movement. I know of no better place for impact-free mobility!



I am so lucky to enjoy the support of a great wife and an expert coach. Both forgive me so much.

Lots of broken training after Lahti in Finland (IM70.3WCs) due to minor injuries. Now it feels like I am ready to turn it up and go for Kona this year.

Raced the half distance in this weekend. Swim, bike and almost a run was good enough to win but it was a (very) small pensioner field!

Now to get into my routine. Thanks to all my friends who train in team ! Such a supportive .
