Personal training worked well, but 1 to 2 Personal Training worked incredibly, and here’s why:

• Clients had more fun working with other like-minded clients.
• Clients become lifelong friends with other clients.
• Clients liked the fact that investment per session was more affordable, the means they could work out more and pay less per session.
• Clients still had a Personal Trainer by their side for support, accountability, and help when they needed it. I then decided I wanted to take Group Training further and started a Group Training session down the local field and after a few months I had lots of clients, laughing, having fun, getting fitter, stronger, and leaving every session buzzing! Group Training for me is something I enjoyed, I had more fun than ever working with clients and I was able to cut the costs down even more to help more. I only charged £2.50 for the first session to see if clients loved it and then £5 pay as you go £5 after this. For me, this was the route I wanted to head, so I created more Group Training sessions across the week and this is when my clients become ‘My members’ I stopped the pay as you go option, and I started a monthly membership and from that day members had the option to attend ANY session of their choice that I had on the timetable. I also created a place online where members could ask questions, keep up to date with the latest news and just hang out with other like-minded members. Here's the crazy thing ...

The results members were getting from the Group Training side of things were better than ever.

• Better than 1 to 1 Personal Training
• Better than 1 to 2 Personal Training

You get to work out more across the week, have a lot more fun working with like-minded members, and, from the financial side of things you get more sessions and paying a lot less. You see, If you paid £30 per week for a Personal Training session you would only work out once per week. If you used that money for Group Training, you could come along to 6 Group Sessions per week. Let’s swap this around, 6 Personal Training sessions per week would cost £180 per week, that’s £720 per month. Members were paying less than £60 a month back in 2017 for Group Training and it’s not much more than that now depending on how many sessions you attend. My personal goal since then has been focused on creating something different, something that no one else is doing and to this day I am still the ONLY place locally that is doing this and it’s been an awesome journey. Since opening the HQ in 2018 I have been voted the best place to work out against all the big, branded gyms in Swindon. We are the leading Group Training Facility that combines a Personal Training service at a rate that’s very affordable.

• Members that join our GroupFit family get a Personal Trainer, a Personal Training service but do NOT pay Personal Training prices.
• Members that join always have a personal trainer there keeping them on track on days that they might not feel like it.
• Members that join have over 500 recipes to select from, that come with meal plan examples and shopping lists.
• Members that join have downloadable nutrition coaching documents.
• Members that join still have a personal trainer right by their side to answer all health, fitness, fat loss questions.
• Members that join can track all their results, set goals, and these are overlooked by a personal trainer to make sure they are on track.
• Members that join still have photos taken to track all results.
• Members that join still have all their measurements taken from body fat to muscle mass to hydration levels.

You see, when you become a member of GroupFit you will get much more than any personal trainer in this area, you will pay less than any personal trainer in this area and work with one of the most experienced personal trainers in the area. This is how i have helped thousands drop fat, become healthy and get back in shape the fun way and members will never be put on a crazy diet. I always recommend that members should start to work out 3 to 4 times a week, but this depends on your current lifestyle. If you were super busy I would say start with 3 times a week and if you have a little more time, then 4 as this gives you the time needed to focus on the nutrition side of things because that’s just as important. To work with me 3 to 4 times a week and get a personal training service this only costs between £3.80 and £4.20 per session, which is insane! Yes, I do, I offer 1 to 1 Personal Training and GroupFit. To work with me now as a 1 to 1 client this is £44 per session as I've been in the industry for over 16- years along with hundreds of study hours every year to top up my skills and knowledge. However, I rarely recommend 1 to 1 due to the high costs and I often say it’s best to join GroupFit instead because memberships start from as little as £2.85 per session and you get a Personal Training service with that investment, that costs less than a hot drink from Starbucks.
