✨Kitchen Renovation from start to finish ✨

Transforming the old and tired looking kitchen into a fresh and modern space!

The client had a budget didn’t allow for too many unforeseen issues or extravagant add ons to the kitchen design.

The original scope of works:
• Rip out the existing kitchen
• Rip out the existing laminate flooring
• Alter the existing services to suit the new kitchen design
• The location of appliances remained roughly the same
• Installing the kitchen cabinets and worktops as per the kitchen design provided by
•Installing a metal under mount sink
• Installing kitchen new appliances such as oven, induction hob and built in canopy hood
• Installing a new white subway tile splash back in a brick bond pattern
• Installing a new wood effect laminate floor with perimeter scotia mouldings
• Silicone worktops and tile splash back

Additional works:
• Installing new electrical services for new sockets and additional lighting
• Installing under cabinet strip lighting
• Repairing the existing chipboard floating sub floor

Due to the clients budget they would be carrying our the decoration works at a later date.

This project was completed in April 2024.
