Every year Bob Watson aka Bob the Plumber from Rww plumbing and heating ltd raises thousands of £££ to provide gifts for children via Home-Start Sutton and other local charities.

This is just a small selection of the thoughtfully chosen gifts and toys that arrived at Home-Start yesterday, all ready to be given to Home-Start families.

With the cost-of-living crisis hitting families hard this year, we couldn't be more grateful to Bob and his team for their generosity and hard work to bring a bit of extra festive joy to local children. Thank you Bob, you absolute star! ⭐

As chair of Sutton Complementary Health Network (SCHN) and my Massage In Your Home by Theo "Hat On" I would like to thank our First Aid trainer Jim Foster and Chipstead Bowling Club for the use of their venue.
This is the 3rd time we have used Chipstead Bowls Club and Trainer Jim Foster. It's been twice now for The One Day First Aid Course and once for The One Day First Aid Course for Mental Health.
In attendance we had four SCHN members and four other therapy guests.
What made the course more in-depth and relevant to us therapists is that the trainer is also a therapist.

As Chair of the Sutton Complementary Health Network with my Massage In Your Home by Theo Hat On I would like to invite fellow Therapists to a One Day 1st Aid in the Workplace Course on Monday 3rd November in Chipstead for a reduced fee of £80.
