How often have your heard or even said,,
I dont have the time??

A good few times right 🤔

Believe me you are not alone,,
Between work, life, my daughters scedual being so packed she needs a diary of her own and a few other commitments it's not always easier to keep up and stay focused on your personal goals.

SO THE KEY IS BALANCE

making sure you find time everyday and commit to doing somthing for you,,
Whether it's 20 minutes on a stepper between clients to aid your transformation goals. A few chapters of your book before bed to expand your mind or lunch time tending to the flowers in the garden to find the peace in nature.

Finding time to work on your goals, targets and dreams should be a priority,,!!

Life isn't a race to the end it's a journey we are here to enjoy 💕💕

So next time you hear yourself saying "I dont have time" start feeling guilty for taking a moment to yourself or hear someone saying you can't have or do it all,,

DO IT TWICE AND TAKE PICTURES 📷😉

Hope you all had a fantastic Easter break 🐰

April has kept its promise and been a very busy month 🙌 Lots of sessions and burpees then more sessions and even more burpees 🤣🤣

Although between this I have been able to slip out and have a much needed catch up with a few of my favourite people aswell ☺💖

Anywho I have also been reminded that I haven't posted in a while 🤦‍♀️ I apologise 🤗

So just a short message today to say hello and yes is still running sessions and programme's as usual 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

With the happy news that now lockdown restrictions have been lifted slightly I can now offer you NEW opportunities and sessions to get your training fix 💪💪

The bootcamp being one of my favourites although the lady's might disagree 🤣🤣

I had it as a main but the boys had it as a side with chicken and boild eggs
