A reminder, if you are cancelling your appointment within 24hours, you will need to pay a 50% late cancellation fee.
This is not me being unkind, this is me trying to run a business, pay bills, have a small profit after buying gloves/creams etc, the list goes on.
Please respect my time and give me as much notice as possible

I am working up until the 23rd Dec and have very limited appointments until this date. I will be closing my books next Friday (9th December) any appointments needed after this date will be made for the new year

Sorry for the moan but unfortunately after the week I've had and had to deal with I wanted to share with you all...running your own business isn't all it is cracked upto be!

This week alone I have had handful of cancellations on the day which puts me as a small business at a loss, especially when the cancellation fee isn’t covered or when people become rude and demanding. I are more than reasonable when in some instances it can’t be helped but when I'm given Petty excuses it’s quite demoralising. Sometimes I'm not able to fill the space last minute either so it’s quite frustrating when people then expect me to make a space elsewhere for them when it’s not always possible. This especially infuriates me when I hace actually turned up for their appointments, driven half an hour and used diesel to be turned away at the door or they just aren't home.
Like everyone else, we all have bills and a mortgage to pay. How would you feel if your boss docked your wages with a poor excuse on a regular basis? This has a detrimental affect on me as it would ANY small business. Clients that behave in this manor that are rude or don’t respect the cancellation policy will be immediately told to go elsewhere as I won't tolerate this behaviour.

Also I appreciate when people have to push back appointments and that do give me notice but also please bare in mind immediate spaces aren’t always available. I know it can be annoying when this happens but I can only offer you what I have available at the time.

I will always do my best to provide a great service to those who are amazing, loyal and supportive. I appreciate you all 🥰
