Cavanlee CPC

Great conditions for our second shoot of the month at cavanlee. There was 27 guns in total with six straights recorded Sean Doherty x 3, Jim Murphy, Steven Conway, PJ Gallen x 2, Dermott mimnagh and John McCleery. In the Final Sean Doherty and Dermott Mimnagh both shot it straight with Sean Doherty coming out on top in the second final to secure first place with Dermott taking second. PJ gallen and John McCleery also were tied on 44 with a second final needed where PJ took third. There was also a pool shoot ran on the day where Andy Oaks was the only shooter managing a straight taking home first place. We would also like to congratulate Jim Murphy on shooting his first straight in cavanlee , many more to come! Great shooting from all and thanks for everyone who turned out. Our next shoot will be held on the 28th of June.🏆

It was a calm and dry day for today’s shoot in cavanalee with 7 shooters recording straight. Dermott minmagh, Arnie Irwin, Michael Boyce, Michael Gallan, Sean Doherty, John McCleery and Caitlin O’Loughlin. In the Final young Michael Gallan came out on top shooting it straight with Michael Boyce getting second with a 43 and Sean was third with a 42. There was also a pool shoot with Craig Loughlin and John McCleery shooting it straight and deciding to split first place. Well done to all our winners and thanks to everyone for turning up. Our next shoot will be Sunday the 31st of May. 🔫

It was a mixed forecast for today’s monthly shoot with the wind leaving targets tricky at times. It was a good test for the new corsivia clays. We had 6 shooters recording straight. Stevie Conway, Sean Doherty, Eugene Kerlin, Adam Lynch x 2, kelan Reid and Adam Boggs. With 5 shooters remaining for the shoot off both Sean Doherty and Adam Boggs shot it straight again. It took a Second shoot off with Sean taking home first place , Adam Boggs taking Second and Adam Lynch coming in Third. There was also a pool shoot with three shooting off , Oisin Brown, Kelan Reid and Adam Boggs with Oisin Brown coming out on top. Great shooting from everyone and well done to our winners. Thanks to all for turning out.

It was a windy and cold day at cavanalee with targets being tricky. There was 12 lines of DTL shot with only 2 shooters recording straights. Michael Boyce (must’ve been the new jeans) and Kealan Reid. Kealan came out on top with a 44 in the final. There was also a pool shoot on the day with Kealan taking first in this also. Thanks to all who turned out and well done to our winners. 🏆
