Aka Joe Hall CEO of Creative Stirling, a local arts non-profit org I'm sure you know of.

She is up for the award of Outstanding Woman in Business for Stirling

For the past 15 years she has overcome many an obstacle and built up this organisation to what it is today, despite the odds.

I am also wise and experienced and can state categorically that Mrs Roots and her team at Creative Stirling and Made in Stirling, have made a real difference to our cultural community.
