We’re looking for some lovely volunteers to help us at our upcoming events!
📅 Saturday 5th September - Inter Area Showjumping
1 x Warm Up Arena Steward
Pole Pickers
📅 Sunday 6th September - Inter Area Dressage
3 x Dressage Writers
⏰ Full timings will be confirmed with volunteers.
☕ Food and refreshments will be provided, plus a voucher to use towards hire or competition at Solihull.

THE COUNTDOWN IS ON! 🏆
With just over three weeks to go until the 608 Equine Vets Diddy One Day Event Championships, we caught up with Anna and Angie from 608 Vets to find out more about the practice and why they’re proud to support the Diddy Series.
If you’ve qualified for the Championships, which is being held on 19th & 20th September, make sure to check your inbox! Qualified combinations have now been contacted with all the information you need.
If you haven’t qualified this time — don’t worry! Our Non-Qualified Section is the perfect opportunity to experience the excitement of a Championship show and give eventing a go!

Classes 1 - 14 are qualifiers for the TSR Finals which take place at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, on 28th & 29th November 2026 .
🎖️ TFSS QUALIFIERS
The M&M champion and classes 9-13 are qualifiers for the TFSS Championship which is also being held at Solihull Riding Club on 6th September 2026.
From Lead Rein, Working Hunter, Family Pony and Cob classes to a fantastic range of ridden and in-hand showing classes for horses and ponies of all types, there’s something for everyone — whether you’re new to showing or a regular competitor.

Solihull Riding Club is proud to have played a role in the return of the West Midlands Police Mounted Unit, supporting the Unit during a landmark period in its reintroduction to the region after a 26-year absence.
In autumn 2025, the Mounted Unit’s horses and officers arrived at Solihull Riding Club while their new purpose-built facilities were being completed at Tally Ho in Edgbaston, Birmingham. Over the following months, the Club provided a temporary base where the horses could settle into their routines and deploy to policing operations across the whole of the West Midlands.

⭐ Change of Judge – Ring 1: We are delighted to welcome Mrs L Stockley-Battams, who will now be judging Ring 1.
🎖️ TSR QUALIFIERS
Selected classes will offer qualification for the Showing Register Amateur of the Year Final, taking place at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, on 28th & 29th November 2026.
You do not need to be a TSR member to qualify – membership will only be required if you wish to compete at the final.
