We are currently still working from home but are managing to continue managing our sites to the best of our ability during these strange times.
Safe to say that we cannot wait to be back in the office and back to normal!

We are in very strange times at the moment but we are happy to have been appointed to manage this block of 7 flats in Sheerness, Kent 😊

COVID-19- UPDATE

Contacting us
Following the recent government advice, all members of staff are now working from home and our office is not being manned. We would kindly ask that during this time, you only telephone us if it is an emergency or you need to speak to us urgently. Our phone line has been diverted to our out of hours mobile however this is only being manned by one person. All members of staff have access to emails so please send your queries to our central mailbox [email protected].

Residential Flats - Isolation
We please ask that if you are self-isolating due to contracting Covid-19 that you please inform us so that we can advise other residents in the building. We will not identify the flat number or person to others. We would hope that everyone has got people around them who can help however, if we can be of assistance, please get in touch with us.

Owners Only – Service Charge Payments
We appreciate that times are going to be extremely difficult for some people over the next month or so (or longer!) and service charge payments may not be able to be met. If this is going to be the case for you, it would be appreciated if you could let us know by emailing [email protected] so that we can make a note of this on our system.

IF YOU ARE DIAGNOSED WITH COVID-19 OR NEED TO SELF ISOLATE BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS SHOWING SYMPTOMS PLEASE LET JHPM KNOW IMMEDIATELY BY EMAILING US ON [email protected]

THIS IS SO WE CAN ADVISE OTHER RESIDENTS AND TAKE ANY APPROPRIATE ACTION

At the moment our office is being manned and we are carrying on as normally as we can but should the situation change then all members of staff will work from home and we would ask that any contact you have to make is made via our central email address [email protected] as it will then picked up by everyone

Look at all of these snacks we were brought in by these contractors! At least we are well stocked up if we have to go on lockdown! Although, this wont last 5 minutes in our office! 😋😀

Thank you to Lee at Cleanscapes Ltd for delivering some goodies to us this morning, including these glasses which we just had to get a selfie in to cheer the office up on this rainy day ☔️

Good start to 2020, we have been appointed to manage a block of 7 flats in Broadstairs 😄
