Replacing a screen on a X360 laptop. It's not too difficult with the right tools but definitely not for the faint of heart! 😅
Eeey! First Sony PSP repair and it all works!
The backlight cable connector got ripped off the motherboard so a new one was soldered on (see my previous post)
Too nerve wracking and requiring too much focus to think about recording the process but here's the end result. Even forgot to take a before photo!
Anyway, here's a ribbon cable connector I replaced on a Sony PSP using 350°C hot air and copper tape as a heat shield for the adjacent plastic connectors. Whew!

A mother bought a Dell Vostro laptop for $450 as a birthday gift for her son. When the son posted the specs on Reddit, the community had to break the bad news. The laptop has an old i3 processor from 2019 and is not even worth $150 today.
The seller stopped responding as soon as they got the money. However, the story took a positive turn when another person on Reddit offered to send the kid a much better laptop for free.
The person who offered the free laptop said he wanted to "pay it forward." When he was a teenager, someone traded him a powerful PC for a broken Xbox 360. That gift helped him learn everything he knows about computers, and now he wants to give a similar opportunity to someone else.
Can you use a Switch 2 charger or adapter on a Switch 1 with a Dock?

All I want to do is change a faulty keyboard. Why does it have to be a 2 hour operation?
