πWINNER Agency of the Year 2025
Inspiring people to participate in sports events by delivering inclusive, accessible, friendly and exciting events

We can run for many reasons and our health is right up there.
The challenge, the biling, the dare, the personal goal are all fully justified reasons to take part. Sometimes though, just being out there is the best medicine and if you can have a laugh as you go, you're onto a winner.

Another full on weekend for your Nice Work teams and another smashing Friday race ahead. We kick off in Charing for the Ashford Striders Charing 10km which gets the weekend rolling nicely.
Sell-out Sunday then sees us at the High Easter 10km and back in Southend with our chums at Havens Hospices for the Southend Half Marathon - both hugely popular events as you can see.
What does the weekend have in store for you?

We're all different - we run at different speeds, different distances in different places.
What works for some, doesn't work for others but it is these differences that make the running community what it is!
So where is your happy place to run? Let us know in the comments below πΊοΈ

The shuttle buses will run from 8:00am to 9:00am from these locations to the Village Green. The shuttle buses will then run from 10:30am to 11:45am from the Three Crowns Pub (on the Village Green) back to these locations. We will have 3 shuttle buses in use (able to carry 200 people in total at any 1 time).

π Happy 10th birthday to Global Running Day! π
Born of National Running Day which started in America in 2009, is now celebrated across the world from it's expansion in 2016.
To us, it is running day every day of the year but today is a perfect opportunity to celebrate this with all of our runners, staff and volunteers who help make running possible for us all. To the coaches who support and advise all levels of running, the clubs that open their doors to everyone and the running community as a whole, whether wearing Hi-Tec or Hi-Viz!
A massive shout out again though, as it is Volunteers' Week, to all who help us bring the magic to our runners, week after week. is quite rightly shared and loved on the same day as - so let's all celebrate together!
