Pilates Classes held in large studio in Rotherham. Please ring to book Emphasis is given to building core strength to maintain healthy bodies and backs.
Janet is a fully qualified level three teacher and holds classes at the studio on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Wednesday morning. You can rest assured therefore that proper supervision of your exercise is given (beware of unqualified teachers without insurance). All levels are catered for from beginner to advanced and particular care is given to class members with back pain issues. Janet has recently completed a course enabling her to design pre and post natal classes.
Just a reminder that we have one more week of classes this term. We are closed for Spring Bank holiday week.
New beginners Pilates class starting Wednesday 8th September at the Dance Studio under Sainsbury's at the Brecks.
12-1am. 7 week term £38.50. Give the class a try before you pay for the term.
