The Reigate Cook shop is open for your New Year wishes for tasty dishes: nibbles, quiches, centrepieces, pan-Asian favourites, lower calorie meals and warming British shortcrust pies.
Plus, some discouted Christmas specials like this Shellfish Thermidor creation (-20%), with scallops, langoustine tails, king prawns and salmon with buttered leeks and sliced potatoes in a rich thermidor sauce, topped with crisp puff pastry.

‘A slow-cooked ragu of beef and pork layered between sheets of Italian pasta, with béchamel sauce and a West Country Cheddar topping.’

Vegetarian:
‘Layers of roasted peppers, mushrooms, courgettes and spinach between sheets of Italian pasta with a light crème fraiche and mascarpone sauce.’

A Reigate store shopper passed on a lovely idea for making a candycane sleigh. So we made one- pulling a Christmas Pudding for One from the storeroom to the till.
