It is called an EICR and the legislation came in 5 years ago. We are now getting our renewals done by One Stop Electrical Solutions who do a great job for us.

Harrogate Project, completed ✔️ Duration - 10 weeks ⌛ This property hadn't been touched for a number of years, it had damp, structural issues, insufficient insulation and very dated interiors. After stripping it back to a bare shell, we rectified the damp and structural issues, made internal layout changes, completed a full rewire, repiped for new radiators, insulated, borded and fresh plater throughout, followed by second six fix of all joinery and new internal doors. Main focus was the disfunctional kitchen. Relocating this into the dining room and opening up the stairs to maximise the space, not only created a much more user friendly and inviting kitchen/dining room but also allowed for a downstairs wc/utility room. Although small, swapping the bath for a large walk in shower with brass fixtures and a mixture of modern tiles has totally transformed this bathroom. This project has been part of a collaboration with @hostandstayuk and we have now handed over to their interior design team @styleduk to complete the decoration and fit out with soft furnishings. We can't wait to see the finsihed product. As always, a massive thanks to our incredible renovation team for bringing this all together.
