In many cases you may not need planning permission for your extension, we can advise if your requirements would be permitted development. If you do need planning permission we can help with all aspects of this process. Whether you need planning or not, you will probably still require Building Regulation approval, and we can assist with all the relevant drawings, specifications and calculations.
